Making a purchase.
There are several steps to making a purchase, select the product, add it to the shopping basket, place the order and finally make the payment.

When you place the order you are presented with a screen that requests an email address, your name and address, any special instructions and optionally a delivery address if different from your home address or that which the card is registered against.

The email address is important for two reasons, it allows you to activate you email address so I know I can reach you by email if need be and also it allows you to access the 'My Account' system where you can track an order, register that you have received the goods or even ask questions about your order or delivery.

You may choose to setup an account which will save having to type your address but this is not mandatory.

Once the order has been placed a summry of you order will be displayed along with a method of payment. You will always be allowed to pay by card, however, in certain circumstances you will be allowed to take advatage of our preferential finance terms. Some products can be purchased using finance and each product or group of products could be setup with different terms. In this case if a purchase is made for more than one product and each has different terms, the scheme selected will be the most advantageous for you. For example, if one product is offered at 0% interest and another at 19.9%, both products will be offerewd at 0%. You will of course be able to change these.

Runtime error when hovering or clicking to magnifiy an image? Some browsers require you to hold down the 'CTRL' key when opening a separate window, in this case, a POPUP window to view a magnified product image. On this site all that will happen is that the original image will be displayed

Is it possible to increase the size of the text?
In some browsers, if you mouse has a wheel between the left and right buttons you can change the size of the text. Simply hold down the CTRL key and move the mouse wheel. Also, look in the bottom right hand corner of the browser, on the status bar, and you may also find a magnifying control.
